Navigate to the "Menus" section:
- Go to your WordPress dashboard.
- Click on "Appearance" in the left-hand menu.
- Select "Menus".

Choose the menu you want to edit:
- If you have existing menus, select the one you want to add your page to from the "Select a menu to edit" dropdown.
- "Main Menu" for the overall header menu (default)
- "Left Menu" for the menu located in the left side of the logo
- "Right Menu" for the menu located in the right side of the logo
- "Mobile Menu" for the menu set for mobile devices
- "Areas Menu" for the list of all your areas
- If you don't have any menus yet, click "Create a new menu".
- Give your new menu a descriptive name and choose where you want it to appear on your website.
- If you have existing menus, select the one you want to add your page to from the "Select a menu to edit" dropdown.

Add your page to the menu:
- In the left-hand panel, you'll see a list of available items to add to your menu.
- Click on "Pages" to expand the list.
- Find the page you want to add and check the box next to it.
- You can either click "Add to Menu" at the bottom of the list or drag and drop the page directly into the menu structure.

Customize your menu (optional):
- You can drag and drop menu items to reorder them.
- Click on the arrows next to menu items to create submenus.
- For more advanced customization, click on the "Screen Options" tab in the top right corner and enable additional options like menu titles and descriptions.

Save your menu:
- Click the "Save Menu" button at the top of the page.
